Brunch is Awesome, But Stay Away from the Buffet

Chief_ONeills_Brunch_1What do you think of brunch? It’s awesome, right? I mean, what’s not to like? It’s Sunday and you already woke up too late, but not too worry, brunch starts at 10:00 am so you don’t need to wait for lunch to start and you can still get breakfast. And who ever wants to choose between breakfast and lunch anyway? Brunch conveniently solves that conundrum by simply offering both at the same time.

The Cooking Habit

Cooking is an aspirational, should-do goal, similar to meditation and saving money. Lots of people want to do it (or do more of it), but most of them struggle to actually establish the habit. That’s how it’s been for me anyway.

TV-Dinner-MagnetI’ve had complex relationship with food since I went to college and could no longer rely on my mother to be fed. I cringe when recalling my eating habits in early adulthood.
