The Book Habit

I really enjoy reading, especially nonfiction that give me a new way of thinking about an every day problem I have.  Here are a few must reads.

  1. Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think  – I’ve already mentioned this book specifically in multiple posts.  There are so many applications from it that go beyond eating.
  2. The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business – The Power of Habit give you a simple framework to recognize your habits, why they happen, and how to change them.
  3. Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness
